Raw land with no photos worth using, so we made the land itself the show. The survey lifts off the page into a living 3D model, the floor plan draws itself on the dirt and the house builds, then a whip tour of every room on the chorus and a hop to every school and town nearby, with the real drive times.

A fly-through of the whole house that splits open for the agent: his own talking clips land in the gaps on whole bars, so the song never jumps and every whip stays on the beat.

The agent walks you through it in his own words, and the picture bounces, flies and spins on the beat around him. Bold type that is his alone, cut tight to a song people know.

The hardest listing to sell is one with nothing on it. So we built the house — from the client's own architectural plans — and let buyers walk through it. Real drone footage of the lot, the real recorded property line, then a full walkthrough of a home that does not exist yet.
